Construction Specifications

- The M2 box is recognized for its compaction capacity exceeding 715kg/m³, high durability, impeccable performance in daily operations, and low maintenance costs.
- Semi-elliptical body design made of high-strength AR200 steel.
- Use of hydraulic cylinders with very high surface hardness due to a chemical-thermal nitriding treatment, and a high-efficiency hydraulic circuit with low fluid demand.
- The box floor is smooth to avoid stress concentration, reinforced with central and side loaders, facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
- Paint and surface finish are achieved through prior cleaning with shot blasting, primer application, polyurethane-based paint, and final curing in enclosed ovens.
- Additionally, box maintenance was improved by redesigning the lubrication points of the pivots that allow rotation and movement during regular operation.
