Atlantic Frontend Loader
Power and Capacity Without Limits
Designed to tackle the most demanding challenges, the Atlantic Front End Loader redefines efficiency in waste collection. With a compaction capacity exceeding 500 kg/m³ and an arm with a nominal strength of 10,000 lb, this equipment is synonymous with power and precision. Its robust structure and 40 yd³ capacity make it the ideal solution for large-scale operations.

Construction Specifications

- The Atlantic Front End Loader achieves a compaction capacity greater than 500kg/m³.
- Semi-elliptical body design made of AR200 high-strength steel panels with hardness >200 Brinell on the floor, and AR450 steel on the walls, overlapped for better stress distribution and body rigidity.
- High-efficiency compaction and sweeping system, using exclusive Excaliber hydraulic cylinders with extremely high surface hardness due to a chemical-thermal nitriding treatment, and a high-efficiency hydraulic circuit with low fluid demand.
- The box floor is smooth to prevent stress concentration. Arms are specifically designed for wider European cabins, allowing the lifting of containers up to 10,000 lb, which the equipment can dump into its upper hopper.
- The paint and surface finish are achieved through a pre-cleaning shot blasting process, followed by primer application, polyurethane-based paint, and final curing in enclosed ovens.
- Additionally, the maintenance of our boxes has been improved by redesigning the lubrication points of the pivots that allow rotation and movement during regular operation.
