Construction Specifications

- The Global Packer achieves a compaction capacity greater than 415kg/m³.
- Semi-elliptical body design made of Hardox 450 steel.
- High-efficiency compaction and sweeping system, utilizing hydraulic cylinders with very high surface hardness due to a chemical-thermal nitriding treatment, and a high-efficiency hydraulic circuit with low fluid demand.
- The box floor is smooth to prevent stress concentration, reinforced with central and lateral loaders, facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
- The paint and surface finish are achieved through a pre-cleaning shot blasting process, followed by primer application, polyurethane-based paint, and final curing in enclosed ovens.
- Additionally, the maintenance of our boxes has been improved by redesigning the lubrication points of the pivots that allow rotation and movement during regular operation.
