UMixer

Universal Design, Precise Mixing, and Lighter Than Ever

MTM’s new UMixer redefines efficiency in concrete mixing. With an 8 m³ capacity, expanded loading mouth, and optimized components, this mixer delivers a homogeneous mix in just 70 revolutions and ensures faster discharge, even with low-slump concrete. Its universal design fits any chassis without the need for armoring, and its lighter structure reduces equipment wear, maximizing performance on every job.

Key Updates in the New Model:

  • Plastic hopper and collector chute: faster and easier cleaning.
  • Wide plastic loading hopper with AR450 liner: speeds up filling and prevents spills.
  • Reinforced rubber sleeve: increased durability.
  • Upper and rear cleaning hose: added convenience. (New model only)
  • Faster and more efficient discharge, even with low-slump concrete.
  • Lubrication-free rollers: less maintenance, more performance.
  • Double-acting piston on the main chute.

Dimensiones
  • The durability of the mixing drum is achieved using AR200 abrasion-resistant steel, with a thickness of 1/4″ for both the drum body and internal blades.
  • The drum head is made from 3/16″ AR200 steel, a popular grade of low-alloy, high-strength steel commonly used for structural purposes.
  • High-quality hydraulic motor and pump by Hengli.
  • Drum design features a 46” opening that allows for faster loading and unloading.
  • Standardized PMP brand 7.1 model reducer.
  • Available in both Paver and Standard channel versions.
  • The painting and surface finishing process includes mechanical cleaning using shot blasting, followed by the application of primer and a high-durability, high-gloss polyurethane-based paint with high solid content, cured in ovens for optimal results.
  • Maintenance of our drums has been optimized through the redesign of components, making key service points more accessible.
